If you have received a ticket issued by FORTESEC, it means that your lot / unit / real estate quota purchase agreement has been securitized or used for prepayment of receivables. Do not worry, nothing in your contract with the company changes, your rights and duties remain the same. The only difference is that tickets are issued in the name of FORTESEC.

Who is FORTESEC?
We know that nowadays any strange charge can be a scam or fraud – do not worry, FORTESEC is a well-known company that is widely regulated by Brazilian financial market, the Comissão de Valores Mobiliários (CVM). What does FORTESEC do?
One of FORTESEC’s activities is to help real estate companies raise funds in the capital market. Securitization operations are done to expedite the delivery of venture, improve projects, or to provide working capital to the real estate market. Because of this, FORTESEC often takes over the management of some receivable’s portfolios.
Why does "FORTESEC" appear on my ticket?
When we carry out securitization operations, we often sign with our partners the “Credit Assignment” and the resources received by them are received by us. Legally, entrepreneur sells to FORTESEC the right to receive payments made by the entrepreneur’s client, but all the obligations of to construct and deliver the real estate remain the entrepreneur´s responsibility.
What is my relationship with FORTESEC going forward?
Your obligations and rights with the Entrepreneur remain valid, except for the payment obligation, since your tickets must now be paid to FORTESEC. For any matters (such as cadastral situation, duplicate ticket, renegotiation, etc.) you should still contact project´s entrepreneur (see their contact details above).
