FORTESEC is a publicly-held company registered in category B in the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), and is essentially a securitization company that always seeks to create value and deliver to all its stakeholders. Its purpose is to connect the entrepreneur in search of resources that suits them, and the investor in search of good investments.

The new management started the activities in the second half of 2015. The company brings together highly credible business executives with decades of experience in the real estate, investment banking and financial operations for real estate and agribusiness receivables.
